Do you provide bed bug treatment?
No. Cimex K9 provides independent inspection and detection services. We do not apply pesticides, perform heat treatments, or sell extermination packages.
How reliable is a canine bed bug inspection?
Cimex K9 has completed 35,000+ inspections since 2009, with only a handful of known misses in our experience. A 2008 University of Florida study found that trained dogs located live bed bugs with 98% accuracy in controlled hotel-room tests. That study demonstrates the potential of canine detection; results vary by team and inspection conditions. While no inspection can promise 100% certainty, we bring extensive hands-on experience to every search. Read the University of Florida study and related field research.

What if I still have concerns after a visual inspection?
An independent canine inspection may help identify areas that deserve closer evaluation. Tell us what was inspected and what prompted your concern.
When can you inspect after treatment?
Cimex K9 offers post-treatment inspections only after a complete treatment by a licensed pest-control professional, with scheduling 30–60 days after treatment. We do not perform post-treatment inspections following self-treatment. Before booking, tell us the treatment completion date, provider, methods, and products used. We must confirm eligibility and timing for your property; reaching day 30 or day 60 does not automatically make it eligible.
