Where do you offer partner inspections?
We serve the Phoenix metropolitan area, with statewide Arizona service available on request. Tell Keith the property location when discussing the job so travel and access can be considered.
What information do you need for a quote?
Share the city, property type, number of rooms or units, areas to be searched, reason for the inspection, and any prior treatment or product applications. Include the preferred inspection window and site contact. We agree on scope and partner pricing before the visit.
How is scheduling coordinated?
Discuss your preferred dates, tenant or guest access, and any restrictions with Keith. Confirm the appointment and access arrangements before telling your customer the visit is scheduled. For post-treatment work, discuss eligibility and warranty deadlines early.
How are findings and reporting handled?
Agree before the visit on who receives the findings, how they will be communicated, and any documentation or report format your company needs. The handler identifies searched areas, canine alerts, observations, and inspection limitations so your team can plan the next step.
Who manages the customer handoff?
Your company keeps the customer relationship, pricing decisions, and treatment work. Before the visit, agree on the on-site contact and how questions will be routed back to your team. Cimex K9 provides discreet subcontract inspections without selling treatment.
Can you inspect after treatment?
Cimex K9 offers post-treatment inspections only after a complete treatment by a licensed pest-control professional, with scheduling 30–60 days after treatment. We do not perform post-treatment inspections following self-treatment. Before booking, tell us the treatment completion date, provider, methods, and products used. We must confirm eligibility and timing for your property; reaching day 30 or day 60 does not automatically make it eligible.
